Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, please read the services before buying it, as it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Please note that registration money is not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Once you register for our service, we cannot cancel it. The registration is a one-time process that grants you access to our platform and its services.
Refund Policy
We charge a one-time registration fee which is not refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs of setting up your account and providing access to our platform.
Failed Transactions
In case of a failed PAN application or transaction, automatic refunds are processed for the service charges deducted. The refund will be credited to your wallet balance within 24-48 hours.
Wallet Balance
Funds added to your wallet can be used for future transactions. Wallet balance is non-transferable and does not earn any interest.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with your transaction details for any refund requests.
